Sovereign Group were originally appointed to supply and install aluminium, PVC & timber windows & composite doors to over 200 properties for Principle Contractor, Rydon. This transpired to over 2500 installations.
MEETING THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS
Sovereign replaced all existing windows and doors to the residential blocks and street properties including the refurbishment of existing frames within an 18 story residential block at Bannerman Court, replacement of existing timber and PVCU frames in Wisden House and complete replacement of existing PVCU frames in Shrewsbury and Stoddart House.
All PVCU was removed using Veka Recycling which recycled the windows that we removed from existing properties. Skips were provided free by Veka Recycling generating further savings for the client, secondly we also offered our Infinity profile. This profile is extruded from material containing 80% recycled profile. This reduces the carbon footprint by 80% against using virgin material.
VALUE MANAGEMENT
Frame designs were critical and the design process was discussed at length with the client and Rydon to provide the most economic and suitable application to the customers’ needs.

Customer and resident satisfaction reported as been excellent, collaborative working with Rydon and its supply chain consistently providing first class quality, communication and delivery at all times. The RLO appointed collated the KPI data sent directly to the client.
