Sovereign Group carried out two projects for Portsmouth City Council. Split between two areas, one project was to supply 200 high spec replacement timber fire doors and FD30 fire doors to communal areas and flats at Soberton Road Blocks. The second project was to carry out replacement of 133 composite doors to occupied premises on Watts Road.
The project was managed to completion very quickly to ensure that the clients spend could be met before the end of the financial year. Materials were ordered in advance and were on site ready for the project to begin. There was segregation to communal areas, two at a time to ensure that time was saved and minimal disruption was caused.
Sovereign have worked collaboratively with Portsmouth City Council on various projects and understand the visions and values incorporating our own within the programme and assisting with the collation of KPI data.
